These terms apply to the Saturday Club, online classes, private coaching, tournament squad and chess camps run by WeChess Academy.

Registration and places

A registration is a request for a place. It is confirmed when we call or WhatsApp you.

Fees

Fees depend on the programme and are paid by bank transfer or in person. Fees and payment details are sent with your confirmation.

Drop-off, pick-up and safety

Coaches supervise children from drop-off until pick-up. Please tell us who may collect your child, and keep health information up to date.

Conduct

Every game starts and ends with a handshake. We expect respect from players, parents and coaches alike.
